Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa delighted to be back in Spain squad

Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga is delighted to be back in the Spain squad this week.

Kepa has made the La Roja squad under new coach Luis de la Fuente after an impressive season with Chelsea.

He said, “I have gone through a difficult period. I had to experience football in a different way. I had to get used to the situation, work and take advantage of the opportunities that came my way.

“We are adapting to what the new coach is asking of us.

“It will require us goalkeepers to help the defensive line and be one more when we have the ball.

“Obviously I want to play, but it is the coach who decides. It is a question for him. I will be as good as possible to, if it arrives, seize the opportunity.”
