EPE Spires 5-Aside Tourney: Papa SA And Net Breakers FC Eye N500,000 Prize Money

A titanic clash await football fans in EPE on Saturday June 14th as Papa SA and Net Breakers FC eye the ultimate prize of N500,000 in the finale of the Spires 5-Aside Naija Street Soccer Tournament divisional qualifiers.

Net Breakers FC will hope to finish on the high after a hard fought 5-4 victory over Olaodus FC in the semi-final. Papa SA also recorded a 4-2 triumph over Peckins football club to secure their spot in the final.

Ajagbe Adeyinka believes his side has the quality to beat Papa SA in the final.

” My players know what’s at stake in the match against Papa SA, the prize money for the champion is a motivation for my squad and we hope to secure the N500,000 as we celebrate our place in the state Championship”. Adeyinka said.

With a spot in the state Championship at stake, there’s still all to play for in the losers final when Olaodus FC lock-horns against Papa SA in the third placed match schedule for 12:00 PM kickoff just before the final match at the STS Pitch in Bogije along the Lekki-Epe Express Road.

Aside the three tickets to the state tournament for the top three teams in the EPE division. The runner-up will receive a prize money of N300,000, while the third placed side will pocket the sum of N100,000.

Six teams from the Ikeja and Ikorodu divisions have already booked their spot in the sixteen teams tourney of Spires 5-Aside Naija Street Soccer state championship.
