Outgoing Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, has confirmed that Edinson Cavani will leave Manchester United this summer.
Cavani’s contract with Man United will expire at the end of the current campaign.
The Uruguayan attacker played his final game for Man United on Sunday as they suffered a 1-0 defeat against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
“It would be good to finish this season with a good game, three points, and I am pretty sure the team sees it the same way,” Rangnick told MUTV.
“Out of our starting XI, there will be ten, apart from Edi Cavani, who will still be playing for this club next season. I presume they would much rather play in the Europa League than the Conference League.”
