EPL: Ten Hag tells two more Man Utd players to leave after Pogba, Lingard, Mata

Incoming Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, has asked Eric Bailly and Axel Tuanzebe to look for new clubs this summer.

Ten Hag has already begun an overhaul of the squad that finished sixth in the Premier League last season. as he kicks off his Old Trafford overhaul.

The Red Devils have already confirmed Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata are on their way out.

The trio all left as free agents, with their contracts set to expire on June 30.

According to The Manchester Evening News, Ten Hag is also willing to sell both Bailly and Tuanzebe, with the pair already looking unlikely to figure in his plans next season.

Bailly, a 2016 signing from Villarreal, has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford over recent seasons and has just two years remaining on his contract.

Academy graduate Tuanzebe has not appeared for the Red Devils since the Europa League defeat to Villarreal at the back-end of the 2020/21 campaign.
