Arsenal have confirmed a new date for their UEFA Europa League home fixture against PSV Eindhoven.
The Gunners were meant to play PSV on Thursday, but the game was postponed due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II in the UK.
According to the club’s website, the game is now set to take place on Thursday 20th October at 6pm local time.
Fans who purchased tickets can use them for the rescheduled game.
Since this game is being moved, Arsenal will now have to play their Premier League home game against Manchester City on a later date.
The Gunners had no choice but to prioritise the Europa tie, as the group stages end before the World Cup begins, and if the game is not played they would have to forfeit the result.
