Everton board considering to sack Frank Lampard

English club Everton are said to be on the brink of sacking manager Frank Lampard.

The former Chelsea coach has struggled to live up to expectations since taking charge at the Toffees.

While Lampard did help the team avoid relegation, he did not improve their position from the sacking of Rafa Benitez earlier that season.

Per talkSPORT, their 4-1 defeat to Brighton at home may have sealed his fate.

The Toffees board are giving serious consideration to removing Lampard.

His side were loudly and widely booed as they came off the field at Goodison Park on Tuesday against Brighton.
