The FIFA President Gianni Infantino has hailed the Cameroon Football ASsociation President Samule Etoo for a successful hosting of the just concluded African Cup of Nation AFCON.
In an interview regarding the AFCON, Infantino praises Cameroon for having had a wonderful and successful hosting despite few set backs.
According to him, “I note with great joy that AFCON 2021 in Cameroon was the most publicized and positively eventful of all those in which I participated.
In addition, African football will visibly increase in value again thanks to this great benefit that Cameroon has offered us.
I personally congratulate the great Samuel Eto’o for taking his place in the Cameroonian football federation, Africans must take an example from this performance because the proper functioning of sport needs a sport icon at the head of its management body.
