I Want Fresh Challenge – Kinsman Abula

For his age, young goalkeeper, Kinsman Menidin Abula’s performances in goal is way beyond what a goalkeeper his age should be.

His agility, reflexes, anticipation, ball playing ability and the ability to organize his defense; stands him out amongst his peers.

After playing for Dannaz FC and BE Arena where he had some eye-catching records in between the sticks, the lanky Bayelsan- born shot stopper, said he’s ready to try the murky waters in Europe, Asia, Americas or Australia.

Abula maintains that he needs fresh challenges and a better environment where he can continue to develop as a goalkeeper.

“I know that it’s never really easy for goalkeepers out there in Europe but I think I’m ready to take my chance.

“I have a dream to become a top class goalkeeper of international repute which I don’t think the challenges I’m coming up against here will be enough to mould me into that.

“I need a fresh challenge and an environment that will be able to provide me that”, he stated.

Abula has participated in tournaments like the FA Cup, Fusion League, United Football Championship, LSFA league amongst others, where he was able to post some man-of-the-match performances.
