AC Milan striker Tammy Abraham has expressed his desire to visit Nigeria again, highlighting his deep connection to the country through his upbringing.
Born in Camberwell, London, to Nigerian parents, Abraham cherishes the fond memories he has from his time in West Africa.
He, however, made his competitive debut for the England national team in 2020 against the Czech Republic.
In an interview with Milan TV, Abraham said: “I have a few Nigerian friends.

“I grew up in an area with many Nigerians. I was raised with that culture, I’ve been to Nigeria, and I hope to go back soon. My mom often cooks Nigerian dishes.”
In 2017, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) sought to persuade Tammy Abraham to represent the Super Eagles, but he ultimately decided to pledge his international career to the Three Lions.
Since then, the 27-year-old has made 11 appearances for England, scoring three goals.
