More Teams Enter SPOCS U19 Scouting Tournament

Over 30 top teams have now officially registered for the fast approaching SPOCS U19 Scouting Tournament, according to the organisers.

The tournament, which will hold at the magnificent Remo Stadium at Ikenne, Ogun state, will kick off November 15 – November 20, 2024.

According to Spocs Africa Director, Gbenga Victor Agbejoye, who also doubles as Grassrunners FC CEO, preparations have reached top gear, as they are fully ready to host and receive the visiting teams for another unforgettable scouting experience.

The 5-day scouting tournament, he says; promises another opportunity to showcase the best of grassroots football, as it’s nothing but the best of the best at this level that have been selected to be part of the program.

“We’re raring to go. Everything is set, Agbejoye said.

“It’s going to be another memorable scouting experience. Teams who were at the scouting tournament last year knows what to expect and they are excited about it.

“Our advise is that teams should come with top and exceptional talents”, he concluded.

Some of the teams billed to participate at the scouting tournament are Beyond Limits, Grassrunners FC, Ojodu City FC, Adeyemi FC, Jobi FC, Team 360 FC, Rolly FC, Nextfootballstars Foundation, SGFC Athletic to mention a few.

SPOCS Founder/CEO, Sascha Empacher will lead other world renowned scouts from Sturm Graz, Manchester United, Nottingham Forest amongst others.
