Veteran Scottish coach, David Moyes, has praised the West Ham United board for backing him this summer.
The Hammers have been big spenders in the transfer market, while they have made a poor start to the Premier League season.
Their spend has gone higher than £150 million, securing the likes of Lucas Paqueta, Gianluca Scamacca and Nayef Aguerd.
Thilo Kehrer is another new signing, and he was involved in their 1-1 draw against Tottenham on Wednesday.
“It’s been a really long window,” Moyes said post-game.
“The board have been really good and helped me get a lot of talented players.
“We are still integrating players.
“Hopefully now with Lucas coming in we can start to build and get some positive results.”
Asked how long the new signings will take to settle, Moyes admitted: “I’d love to say only a couple of weeks but it’ll probably take longer for players to get used to each other and start to develop.”
