Neymar decides on next club after expressing desire to leave Al-Hilal

Brazilian star Neymar has reportedly informed his former club Santos that he wants to return in 2025 amid a difficult spell with Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.

According to Brazilian outlet UOL Esporte, the former Barcelona forward has spoken to his boyhood club about a return to Urbano Caldeira Stadium when his contract with Al-Hilal expires.

The 32-year-old was present at the Vila Belmiro on Sunday for Santos’ 1-0 win against Palmeiras in the first leg of the Paulista A1 final.

The report added that Neymar walked through the dressing room and informed players that he wanted to return in 2025.

The former Paris Saint-Germain player started his career at Santos, where he enjoyed a meteoric rise on his way to becoming a top footballer.

He left Santos for Barcelona in July 2013 for €88 million.
