Nigeria vs Mali: Super Eagles to benefit two things if they win friendly clash – Fabumi

Date:

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will improve on FIFA rankings and will also become an attractive brand if they beat Mali in Tuesday’s International friendly clash.

This was disclosed by a journalist, Femi Fabumi, during an interview on Monday.

Fabumi also urged the Super Eagles to approach the friendly match against Mali like a competition.

“Considering what the Eagles of Mali did at the just concluded AFCON, then it’s safe to say that they are no pushovers,” Fabumi said.

“They lost the final to Host Cote D’Ivoire by losing a few seconds of concentration.

“The Super Eagles should approach Tuesday’s game against Mali like it’s competitive, that way we will know they are ready for business.

“Besides, if they can defeat the Malians then we can be rest assured that we will improve on FIFA rankings and they will become an attractive brand they were once known for.”

DAILY POST reports that the match between Nigeria and Mali will take place at the Grand Stade de Marrakech in Morocco by 9 pm.
