Nigeria’s Under Age Teams Cruise To Victories On Day 2 of IHF Challenge Trophy Continental Phase In Congo

Nigeria’s Under 18 and 20 Handball team won their matches on day 2 of the IHF Challenge Trophy Continental Phase in Congo on Tuesday

The Nigeria’s under 20 led by Coach Fidelis Obi, made amends after their slim defeat in match day 1 against Guinea, comfortably defeated Madagascar 51-30.

The under 18 team under the tutelage of Coach Emeka Nnamani, came through as they got their second victory of the championship, with a 28-22 victory over host, Congo.

Match day 3 will see Nigeria play Zambia in the under 18 category at 11am while the under 20 category will play Zimbabwe at 1pm same day.

All matches will be played at the Gymnase Nicole OBA ( Nicole Oba Gymnasium) in Brazzaville.
