The captain of the Team, Matthew Onmonya praised the never die attitude of the team and called on fans to keep the hope alive.

“These players did a wonderful job, it wasn’t an easy game but we showed why we are the defending champions and can still go all the way to win.

“We will like to urge our fans to keep the hope alive, don’t give up on us because we will do everything we can and see how far we can go.”

Team Gombe will engage the FCT in a crunch encounter on Monday.
