Rivers United forward Nyima Nwagua has added another feather to his cap as he was recently honoured with My Bori My City Sports Man of the Year 2022 award.
The award was in recognition of his consistency in the field of play and contributions towards the development of sports.
The organizer of the rising brand of #MyBoriMyCity, Mr. Smith Barinua presented the award to Nyima Nwagua just after Rivers United saw off Niger Tornadoes 3-0 on Monday at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium.
At the brief event, Barinua said: “We considered you a worthy recipient of this award due to your consistency in the field of play and your contributions to sports development in Bori, Ogoni LGA, Rivers State, Nigeria and beyond.”
