Organizers have announce the prize money for the upcoming Amazons 2.0 Tennis Tournament, scheduled for March 28, 2026, at the historic Lagos Lawn Tennis Club 1895, Onikan. This year’s edition marks a significant milestone, with over 130 women athletes set to compete in celebration of International Women’s Month.

Reflecting the dedication and determination of the participants, the prize money has been increased:
• 🥇 Winner: ₦300,000
• 🥉 Second Runner-Up: ₦200,000
The prize sponsorship comes from Igboya Bitters, whose CEO Mr Okafor Ugochukwu Edwin expressed strong support for the initiative:
“Our women are precious jewels we cannot celebrate and appreciate enough. Any support to keep them happy, healthy, and stronger, we want to be part of it. It was easy for us to take up the prize money for both the winner and runners-up. It is good to reward and encourage effort, and this is what we plan to do on that day.
