Naomie Feller equalized in the 76th minute, before Alba Redondo struck twice late on to seal the victory.
Twente, on the other hand, suffered a 2-0 loss to Ajax in the Vrouwen Eredivisie on Saturday.
Sherida Spitse converted a penalty in the 62nd minute to give Ajax the lead, and Tiny Hoekstra sealed the win with a goal in injury time.
The Dutch side will now shift their focus to European competition, where they were recently defeated 3-1 at home by Chelsea.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, claimed a dominant 4-0 victory over Celtic in their last European outing.
The win lifted Real Madrid to second place in Group B, with three points, level with Twente in third.
