Samuel Eto’o reveals least racist country in Europe

Former Chelsea, Inter Milan and Barcelona striker, Samuel Eto’o, has insisted that Italy is the least racist country in Europe.

Eto’o, who is currently the president of the Cameroon Football Association, stated this during an interview with La Repubblica.

The Cameroon legend said, “I tell you that Italy is the less racist country in Europe.

“It’s not like they never did the monkey cry in stadiums to me. I also had problems on the street. However, Italy is perhaps also the least hypocritical country.

“My family remained in Milan, those in the stadium are minorities and I wonder why some ugly demonstrations have not been able to be eradicated.”
