Former Super Eagles winger Samuel Kalu marked his new contract with Botev Plovdiv in style, scoring in a commanding 4-0 pre-season victory over Beroe.
The 27-year-old, who recently extended his stay at the Bulgarian club until 2030, doubled Botev Plovdiv’s advantage in the 57th minute with a superb long-range strike.

New Nigerian striker Chidera Okoh also marked his debut with a goal in the 82nd minute as Botev completed the rout.
Botev begin their new league season on Saturday against Lokomotiv Sofia.
