Saudi: Ighalo still hot, fires hattrick against Dama FC

Former Nigeria’s Super Eagles forward Odion Jude Ighalo made a statement in the Saudi Pro League on Thursday as he netted a hat trick against Dama FC.

Ighalo joined Al Wehdah this summer following the expiration of his contract with Al Hilal SC.

Former Manchester United attacker opened the scoring in the 17th minute before Cessay brought Dama level in the 36th minute.

The Nigerian International scored his second goal of the game in the 46th minute from the penalty spot before completing his hat trick in the 52nd minute.

Goodwin made it 4-1 to the host in the 62nd minute while Sultan Faqiti halved the deficit for the away side.

Ighalo was replaced in the 91st minute as the game ended 4-2.
