SOS: Nigerian billionaire looking like the man to save Sheffield Utd

Nigerian billionaire Dozy Mmobuosi is looking like the man to save Sheffield United.

The Premier League club are the subject of a £90 million offer from the wealthy investor.

Per The Times, Mmobuosi is in the final stages of completing the deal that will see him take charge of the Blades.

Sheffield United have been looking to sell, as current owner HRH Prince Abdullah bin Musa’ad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud does not have the money to keep the club going.

Per The Sheffield Star, previous takeover attempts did not pan out as a result of financial issues.

But it appears as though Mmobuosi is not setting off any red flags as yet.
