*Robbo out *Edo, not sure *Confluence for 3rd place
With the conclusion of two matches in groups A and B, of the ongoing Super six play offs in Asaba, the picture is becoming clearer on the likely finalists on Sunday.
The teams without FC Robbo, will observe a rest today preparatory to tomorrow’s final group matches.
Only Delta Queens can beat their chest for a ticket to the grand finale as the girls need just a draw in their encounter against Edo who surprisingly got beaten 1-0 by Confluence that suffered a 3-1 bashing by Delta.
So, the for the pride of Delta, it’s almost a done deal.
But Bayelsa and neighbours, Rivers need an outright win to ensure qualification; but, in the likely event of a draw, Rivers may nick it based on goals difference, though, depending on the competition’s rules.
