Arsenal are open to selling Folarin Balogun when the summer transfer window opens.

The Premier League leaders are happy with their forward options at present.

Manager Mikel Arteta has Gabriel Jesus, while Eddie Nketiah has been an admirable deputy this term.

Balogun has spent this season at Stade de Reims in Ligue 1, where he is close to the top of the scoring charts.

The Mail adds that even though Balogun is in contact with Arsenal about his future, he may have to end up moving on.

The club could get a good fee for him, which they can reinvest in other areas.

Meanwhile, Balogun had privately declared Reims as the final loan of his Arsenal career.

The 21-year-old has been outstanding in Ligue 1 this season, where he has plundered 18 goals in 29 appearances for Reims.

The Athletic reports Balogun is keen to stay with Arsenal, but only for regular first team football.

With both Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah enjoying strong seasons for the Gunners – and interest in signing a new centre-forward – Balogun may be forced to look elsewhere.

Balogun’s contract runs to 2025.
