Transfer: Chelsea star wants to leave club after Nicolas Jackson’s arrival

Chelsea attacker Armando Broja reportedly wants to leave Stamford Bridge following the club’s signing of Nicolas Jackson.

According to TEAMtalk, Broja wants out of Chelsea after seeing his chances of becoming the Blues’ first-choice striker jeopardized following Jackson’s arrival.

Chelsea sealed a £35 million deal for Jackson who joined the west London club from Villarreal on an eight-year contract a few days ago.

This has placed major doubts on Broja’s future at Chelsea and the Albanian striker seemingly wants to depart the Premier League giants.

The 21-year-old has been linked with Premier League clubs – West Ham United and Crystal Palace.

Broja only started gaining more first-team minutes with Chelsea last season after spending the 2021-2022 campaign on loan at Southampton.

He featured 18 times across all competitions for Chelsea, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
