Transfer deadline day: Batshuayi set to join Chelsea’s EPL rivals as two players leave Arsenal

At least three players have left Arsenal on transfer deadline day.

Right-back Hector Bellerin has seen his contract with the Gunners terminated and has arrived in Spain to sign for Barcelona.

Bellerin will put pen to paper on a one-year deal with Barcelona, having accepted a pay cut.

Miguel Azeez has also left Arsenal and joins Ibiza on a season-long loan.

Azeez will play in the Spanish second division until June 2023.

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest are in talks with Chelsea over a potential deal for striker Michy Batshuayi.

It’s understood a loan deal is being discussed by the two clubs.
