Transfer: How Fenerbahce late bid for Real Madrid attacker Hazard was rejected

Fenerbahce had a late bid for Real Madrid attacker Eden Hazard rejected last week.

Fener offered to take the Belgium international on-loan for the season for a fee of €3m with the view to a permanent deal in June, says Fanatik.

However, Hazard resisted the offer, confident of a successful campaign in Madrid.

Turkey’s transfer window shut on Thursday.

The former Chelsea captain was also linked with the Blues and Newcastle United during the summer market.
