Transfer: PSG star Messi ready to accept £522m Al Hilal offer

Date:

Argentine superstar Lionel Messi’s sensational big-money move to Saudi Arabia is all but concluded.

The 35-year-old is leaving Paris Saint-Germain when his contract expires in the summer.

Now there is a claim from AFP that Messi will sign for Saudi side Al-Hilal when the season concludes.

Messi is said to have been offered a contract that is worth up to £522 million.

The World Cup winner is already being paid to serve as an ambassador for Saudi Arabia’s attempts to host a future World Cup tournament.

Messi, if he signs for Al-Hilal, would join rival Cristiano Ronaldo in the Saudi domestic league.
