Ziyech is available from Chelsea on deadline day and is eager to leave Stamford Bridge.
A return to Ajax has fallen through after they clinched a loan deal for Sevilla attacker Lucas Ocampos.
Instead, Ziyech could move across London, with Spurs eager to strike terms.
The London Evening Standard says Spurs are considering a “last minute bid” and Chelsea are willing to sell – setting an asking price of £20m to part with the player.
