Two Inter Aba FC Players Set To Hit Spain

Two players of high-flying Inter Aba FC of Aba will depart the shores of Nigeria to Spain in a matter of days we have been reliably informed by the club’s management.

The players, Osinachi Chioma Ebere and Bright Chigaemezu Ukwuoma, we are told have been invited to participate in a training program organised by Agrupacion Deportiva Alcorcon, to be held at the Santo Domingo sports facility in Alcorcon, Madrid, from June 12 to December 12, 2024.

Speaking exclusively to Sportsday from his base in the United States of America, the Aba- based outfit President, Dr. Victor Chinedu Egbulefu, disclosed that the development is a testament to the determination of the club to assist young talented footballers to achieve the dreams.

“We are committed to changing the narrative as far football is concerned in Aba, Abia state and Nigeria as a whole.

“Two of our players will be going to Spain very soon to participate in a training program in Madrid, Spain.

“This is a confirmation of our commitment and determination to ensure our youths are provided opportunities to advance in their chosen career which is football.

“There’s no doubt about the amount of talents we have in Nigeria but opportunities are what they lack which is our primary objective of forming the club”, he concluded.

The team which was formed about four years ago, is already growing in leap and bounds, taking giant strides that will revolutionize the round leather in the South East region and Nigeria at large.
