Date:

Hosts Egypt, one of the Flying Eagles’ group opponents at the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations will be without their top Star, Salah Pasha for the tournament.

It remains to be seen if a replacement will be named for Salah.

The Young Pharaohs are in Group A with Mozambique, Nigeria and Senegal.

The North Africans will take on Mozambique in the 2023 U-20 AFCON opening game this Sunday at the magnificent Cairo International Stadium.

Their second group game against the Flying Eagles will hold three days later.
