UCL: Look at your body shape – Cundy slams Liverpool star, names player Klopp misses

Former Chelsea star, Jason Cundy has hit out at Liverpool defender, Virgil van Dijk, following the Reds’ Champions League 4-1 defeat to Napoli on Wednesday.

Cundy, who said Van Dijk is not the same player he used to be, also insisted that Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are missing Sadio Mane, who left Anfield to join Bayern Munich this summer.

“Klopp, you look at what he’s done at Borussia Dortmund and how his career ended there, it’s happening again at Liverpool,” Cundy told talkSPORT.

“Liverpool right now are spiraling out of control. They are not the same team. [Sadio] Mane is a miss.

“Van Dijk is not the same player as he was.

“He’s all over the place. Look at his body shape when they concede the goal in the Champions League final,” Cundy added.
