2023 AFCON Qualifier: Sierra Leone make late change to squad ahead of Super Eagles clash

The Leone Stars of Sierra Leone have made a late adjustment to their squad ahead of Sunday’s clash against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

Lamin Conteh has replaced Joseph Cleveland, according to the Sierra Leone Football Association.

Cleveland is not available for the game due to administrative issues.

The Ports Authority player will now have to wait to make his debut for the Leone Stars.

Head coach, John Keister named a 25-man squad for the crucial encounter on Thursday.

It consisted of 14 foreign professionals and 11 local players.
