….Shines In FA Cup 4-0 Defeat of Al Nasr
Bright and promising Nigerian youngster, Samuel Amusan made his official debut for the first team of his top Egyptian side, Pyramid FC.
The game which was an FA cup encounter against Al Nasr Sporting club, saw Amusan play for 45 minutes where he was impressive and shone like a million stars.
Pyramid won the game which was played on Monday 4-0 to continue their good run of form domestically.
According to the player’s agent, James Adebayo, this has been long coming given the consistent larger than life performances put up by Amusan in the youth team since joining the team.
“I want to thank God for my player, Samuel Amusan who made his first team debut yesterday being Monday in an FA cup tie.
“He played for 45 minutes and he was awesome during the time he was on.

“This has been long coming and I’m actually not surprised because Amusan has been great with the youth side since after joining the team.
“He has been their most outstanding player in their youth team, so his promotion is well deserved.
“They defeated Al Nasr Sporting club 4-0”, he concluded.
With this development. Amusan will join the growing number of Nigerian players plying their trade in the Egyptian topflight.
Recall that Pyramid lost the battle between them and Al Ahly in the league at the weekend in a pulsating game that ended 3-2 in favour of Al Ahly.
Although, they currently top the Egyptian premier league table with 68 points from 28 matches while Al Ahly is in second position with 60 points from 24 matches, four games short of Pyramid’s.
