Bendel Insurance Present NNL Super 4 Trophy To Governor Obaseki by Our Reporter November 24, 2022 written by Our Reporter November 24, 2022 94Newly crowned Nigeria National League champions Bendel Insurance has presented the trophy to the Governor of the State His Excellency Godwin Obaseki.The Benin Arsenal secured their promotion ticket after finishing at the top of their southern group after missing out on the promotion by a whisker in the previous season. The trio of El-Kanemi Warriors, Doma United and Bayelsa United are the other club that secured promotion to the elite division. In order to know the winner of the league, the league organiser put together a Super 4 competition in a round-robin format which was played at the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenogoa. At the end, it was Bendel Insurance that came top of the table with 7 points to dump Bayelsa United, El-Kanemi Warriors and Doma United to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions respectively.
