Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp has hailed Arsenal, describing Mikel Arteta’s side as “outstanding at the moment” after the Gunners beat Tottenham 3-1 in the Premier League on Saturday.
It was Arsenal’s seventh win in eight matches they have played so far this season.
Their only defeat came at Old Trafford against Manchester United on September 4.
Liverpool will play Arsenal a week today as the Reds look to recover from a dismal start to the season.
Klopp’s side are currently ninth in the Premier League table, having won just two of their opening seven games.
“I know then Arsenal is coming and we saw glimpses of their game against Tottenham,” the German boss said after his side were held to a 3-3 home draw by Brighton.
“They are outstanding at the moment, so that is obviously not an easy game. But we will give it a proper try,” he said.
