The League Management Company LMC have rescheduled NPFL Match-day 24 tie involving the reigning Champions Akwa United and Nasarawa United
The match which was earlier scheduled to take place on Wednesday 20th April has been shifted to Thursday 21April 2022 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo at four O’clock in the afternoon.
In a letter made available to both clubs and signed by the league’s Operating Officer Salihu Abubakar, the shift in date became necessary due to logistics reasons involving the clubs.
The league organisers appeal to relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate logistics are provided for the successful hosting of the match.
The League organisers however regret any inconvenience the shift in date may have caused the fans of the clubs.
