NPFL Chairman Gbenga Elegbeleye formalized the agreement during a recent visit to Sevilla’s facilities in Spain.This collaboration aims to advance sporting and developmental strategies, with a particular focus on coach training and nurturing young Nigerian talent. The partnership will provide NPFL clubs with expert advice and resources to enhance their youth academies. “We have 20 clubs in the Nigerian Premier League, each with its own youth academy,” Elegbeleye noted. “Sevilla FC’s impressive history and track record in Spain and Europe make it an ideal partner.
