Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has hailed Manchester City star, Phil Foden, as a ‘full package’ after the 22-year-old’s display in the Champions League group stage tie against Sevilla on Tuesday.
Foden scored and gave an assist as Man City defeated Sevilla 4-0 in a Champions League match in Spain.
His teammates, Erling Haaland, scored a brace, while Ruben Dias also scored to give Pep Guardiola’s side the win over the LaLiga club.
Speaking on BT Sport, Ferdinand said of Foden: “If he gets more goals in his game, this kid is going to be so frightening.
“What he brings other than goals and assists to the game, he’s the full package.”
