Unfair treatment by NFF: I deserves compensation, ex-Nigeria coach Rohr insists

Match against Cape Verde will be a physical challenge, but we will be ready-- Gernot Rohr

Former Nigeria Technical Adviser, Gernot Rohr, has insisted that he was unfairly treated by the Nigeria Football Federation after his contract was terminated without compensation.

Rohr was sacked by NFF a few weeks to Nigeria’s participation in the last Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon where the Super Eagles couldn’t progress beyond the impressive first round.

The Franco-German strategist has dragged NFF to the FIFA court and he’s expecting judgment on that matter.

After Rohr, a local coach, Austin Eguavoen was hired but he also failed to qualify Nigeria for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and he was fired.
