Samuel Chukwueze put up a decent showing and was among the scorers as Villarreal got a sumptuous win in a COPA Del Rey match on Tuesday.
The Yellow Submarines dismissed lower division side Victoria CF 8-0, in the first round of this season’s competition.
Chukwueze grabbed his clubs fifth goal on 50 minutes.
The Nigeria international, who has now scored three goals in eleven matches in all competitions this season, opened his Laliga goals account when he scored in Villarreal’s 3-1 home loss to Barcelona.
