EPL: Why I joined Newcastle Utd, says Alexander Isak

Alexander Isak is proud to be a Newcastle United player.

The Swede moved to the Saudi Arabian owned Newcastle in August from Real Sociedad for a club record £60m fee.

“The most important thing for me is the club I come to, the team I come to. The coach (Eddie Howe) and the sportsmanship. It made me come here,” said Isak to Viaplay

“You know that such questions can arise. Me and all the players here are here for the same reasons. And that’s the sporting part.”

Isak’s contract with Newcastle runs until the summer of 2028.
